These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bepkr platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bepkr. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any bepkr service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to open a bepkr account or use any bepkr service. Age verification via CNIC or passport is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are terminated immediately and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one bepkr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts belonging to that individual, along with forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held in those accounts at the time of discovery.
All bepkr bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates published at the time each bonus is offered. Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including multi-accounting for bonus purposes — results in forfeiture and possible account closure.
All bepkr account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods matching the depositing method and only for KYC-verified accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bepkr login credentials. bepkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings immediately upon registration.
Any attempt to defraud bepkr or other players — including collusion, use of software exploits, chargebacks without legitimate dispute, or manipulation of games — results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bepkr platform (website, mobile browser interface, or any associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bepkr. By accessing or using any part of the bepkr platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 These Terms should be read alongside bepkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and bepkr.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not permitted to use bepkr's services. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.4 bepkr reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following material amendments.
Age Restriction: bepkr is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any bepkr service. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from accessing bepkr. Age verification is mandatory and will be requested before withdrawals are processed.
3.1 To be eligible to open and use a bepkr account, you must:
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one bepkr account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
3.3 During registration, you must provide your legal full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 bepkr reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bepkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You must notify bepkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected]. bepkr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 bepkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, bepkr may make it mandatory for withdrawal processing at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 You may request the closure of your bepkr account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable processing fees.
4.5 bepkr accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bepkr will contact you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account.
bepkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts matching those used for deposit, and only for accounts that have completed KYC verification. bepkr targets processing verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 hours during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required.
Before processing any withdrawal, bepkr will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo identity document (CNIC or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification completion.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a bepkr deposit, other than for a demonstrably erroneous or unauthorised transaction, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
bepkr does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bank or mobile wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. bepkr is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
6.1 bepkr offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following standard conditions apply to all bepkr bonuses:
6.3 Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play between accounts, or systematic betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.4 bepkr reserves the right to request verification of a player's identity before releasing any bonus-derived winnings for withdrawal.
7.1 All games available on bepkr are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms prevail in all other respects.
7.2 bepkr's RNG-based games are powered by certified gaming software. All random number generators used in bepkr's casino games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party laboratories to confirm fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bepkr's system logs constitute the authoritative record of the game outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system fault attributable to bepkr, any wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.
7.4 Sports betting markets offered through bepkr are subject to standard sportsbook rules, including rules governing bet settlement, voided markets, and in-play betting. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the bepkr platform.
7.5 bepkr reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed based on erroneous odds, pricing errors, or information not available to bepkr at the time the bet was accepted. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bepkr platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bepkr platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10.3 bepkr's total liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your bepkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bepkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.5 You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk, and that bepkr is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your wagering activity on the platform. You participate in real-money gaming entirely at your own risk.

13.2 Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited, subject to bepkr's investigation findings. bepkr will provide a written explanation of the termination decision upon request, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or be contrary to applicable law.
13.3 Where an account is closed at the player's own request (and no breach of Terms has been identified), any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC.
14.1 bepkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or address an urgent security concern.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the bepkr platform at bepkr.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised with each amendment.
14.3 Your continued use of the bepkr platform after any amendment to these Terms comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using bepkr's services and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of gaming law and the terms of bepkr's applicable operating licences.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and bepkr relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact bepkr's customer support team at [email protected] to seek resolution. bepkr will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint.

15.4 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
